In Murth we have a saying that we use quite often - "If Tripple cant't do it, you are fucked". Sometimes I just say it under my breath at work, or while I am walking my dogs. We say it a lot when we are skating. And we say it even more when we are building anything be it ramps, braais or floating shelves.
